Lebron James

If I had to pick a picture to represent my entire project, this would be it. This image has everything to do with what my paper is going to be about. Right now I’m not sure but I think my research question is going to be what sets LeBron James apart from all the other NBA greats. LeBron James is one of those players that make you wonder whether or not he is really human and this is because some of the things that he does on the court seem too good to be true at times. I think this picture also is a good representation of what our mission statement is as a group. This is because our mission statement talks about how the three of us are going to have well researched, eloquent and relevant research papers by following a writing process to achieve this and I feel by doing this little exercise we are on our way to achieving this.

Appealing to Your Audience

This image, while silly in the minds of some, accurately depicts what zoos are trying to do when they select the animals they do to keep in their zoos. We have the apex predator that provides a sense of danger to visitors, the large, “gentle” herbivores that instill a sense of awe and respect, the resplendent bird that is a pure object of beauty, and the monkey, the jester, a human-like animal that provides entertainment. This picture is a surprisingly good summary of what zoos strive to achieve in relating to their audience and represents the everyday exposure that inspired me to investigate zoo policy in selection.

Project 4: What is the purpose?

Here, a phote of Dave Matthews featured in a Rolling Stone magazine. Unsure what he is doing or what he is portraying. To me I see the basis of my research. I will formulate a well researched paper in aims to introduce and familiarize and audience with Dave Matthews, his music, and his background.
